The Housing Authority of LaCygne, also known as La Harper Heights, was established in 1977 in order to provide affordable subsidized housing to nearby residents. La Harper Heights is a Federal elderly housing property for 62+ or disabled individuals. We are a 31 unit complex, all units are 1 bedroom 1 bath. The property is handicap accessible, has a community center, onsite laundry, off street parking, 24 hour maintenance, and lawn services are provided. Rent is based on each individuals income and rental assistance is provided to qualified applicants. Each resident is allowed one pet; 20 lbs or less. Security deposits: $325, + pet dep = $150.
