Lawndale is an intimate 30 home garden level senior apartment community with a feel of the country while being close to Downtown El Dorado. Each of our thirty 550ft² apartment homes comes equipped with heating and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen. While down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, a bedroom with a ceiling fan, and a double bi-fold closet, finally, each home comes finished with carpet, laminate wood, and mini-blinds.
