Downtown Scholar House

Downtown Scholar House is a mix of two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms. This is a 54-unit multi-family housing facility for fulltime students and single parents who are also full time student eligible. In order to qualify to live at the Downtown Scholar House you must be an active participant in good standing with The Family Scholar House Program. Downtown Scholar House is conveniently located in beautiful downtown Louisville, close to shopping, eateries, and entertainment. There are 11 units set aside for special needs residents such as homelessness and survivors of domestic violence.
