Pear Orchards Estates aka Barnwood Lane Appartments located in Elizabethtown, Ky was acquired by new owners in April 2023. Since that time 3CN Partners has been working tirelessly to respond to tenants maintenance requests while simultaneously rehabbing vacant units and improving the appearance and features within the community. To date managing partner Carl and staff have renovated 30 of the 80 units, and will soon reopen the onsite laundry room.
