The Flats of Paducah

The Flats of Paducah is under construction currently and will be located at 2057 Holt Road in Paducah, KY. We expect completion in early October of 2023. Our apartment design consists of well-designed one bedroom, one bathroom units. The open concept layout has you walking into the living room area and kitchen, as well as the one full bathroom. Our kitchen is equipped with a pantry and all appliances (Stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an icemaker). As you walk through the kitchen, you enter back into the bedroom where you will also access your walk-in closet & laundry room combo. This includes a full-size washer and dryer.
