Established in 1979, Orono Apartments is owned, operated, closely managed, and maintained by Scott and Janie Thomas. Together we own over 25 apartment rentals and single-family homes in Orono and Old Town. All are conveniently located near the University of Maine. We take pride in providing a safe and pleasant rental experience for over 75 UMaine students, staff, faculty, and others, each year. We live and work in Orono and understand how important it is for you to be able to depend on your landlord to quickly fix any problems that might arise.
