Now Birchwood at Main, the community consists of 50 apartments comprised of 30 studio apartments, 18 one-bedrooms, and 2 two-bedrooms for households 62 and over. The renovations include new amenities such as a laundry facility, a resident lounge, and an outdoor seating area with a gazebo.
