Highlandtown Co-op is nationally recognized as “A Community of Quality” by the National Affordable Housing Management Association. Highlandtown Co-op is an old trolley car barn that was repurposed into a cooperatively managed senior housing community and has served Highlandtown since 1996 Resident members enjoy the peace and privacy of their apartments, but also enjoy participating in the frequent community activities.
