The project “Chestnut Place Apartments” is a high-tech 3-story building with 28 apartments from 687 to 1142 sq ft, with 8 apartments on the first floor and ten apartments on each of the 2nd and 3rd floor. The parking lot has modern fire protection, electrical charging stations, and video surveillance. Exterior finishing consists of natural materials: granite, stone, and wood. The ground floor will comprise a security office room, 24-hour surveillance cameras, a Smart security lock system connected to every apartment camera, and a spacious, decorated entrance hall.
