Lawson Green Apartments is an affordable residential community for income-eligible seniors aged 62 and above. Located at 2 Central Park Drive adjacent to the Scituate Public Library, the Lawson Tower, and a stone’s throw to the new Scituate Community Campus. Lawson Green is a vibrant thirty-unit residential community income restricted to seniors aged 62+ at 30% and 60% of the Town of Scituate’s Area Median Income (see Leasing Information Section for more details). Lawson Green Apartments was developed in partnership with the Scituate Housing Authority by the Grantham Group, with the generous support of the Town of Scituate Community Preservation Committee and the Scituate Affordable Housing Trust.
