Rivage will be Acton’s newest luxury apartment community slated to open in Spring 2026. When completed, the community will feature 230-apartments in two residential buildings overlooking the scenic Assabet River, both buildings are five stories and feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedrooms. Each apartment home will include spacious floor plans, kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, wood grain flooring, walk-in closets, keyless entry, LED lighting, and full-sized washer/dryer. The community amenities will be equipped with a 24-hour fitness center, swimming pool, BBQ grilling area, roof deck, business center, resident lounge, package acceptance, bike storage, EV charging stations, and more.
