The Heritage Apartments, located in downtown Malden, Massachusetts. This ten-story community offers 176 studio and one bedroom apartment homes. In addition, residents enjoy a vibrant community space where holiday parties and special events are hosted, as well as monthly coffee hours with guest speakers. Some other weekly activities include exercise & yoga classes, crafts, games, movies, and cooking demonstrations. In the game room residents organize weekly events among themselves, which include bingo, billiards, cards and other board games. The community is designed for seniors 62 years of age and older.
