Carriage Place Apartments is one of the largest attainable housing developments in Oakland County. With 234 newly-renovated affordable units, it’s home to a diverse community of families, singles and seniors. The property features lakeside views, a spacious outdoor green space, convenient on-site laundry facilities, recreational amenities, and a resident-accessible computer lab. A $40.3M complete renovation of the building and all units was completed in late 2022. No corner of the 150,230 square-foot building was left untouched – From infrastructure like plumbing, new roofs, windows and HVAC systems to upgrades in lighting, security and recreation. Final landscaping work and community program implementation continue through 2024.
