Copper Hills Apartments is an income based, family housing unit and some restrictions and guidelines do apply. If you are a full time student, you must have a dependent or someone that isn’t a student as a roommate. Copper Hills Apartments have a 12 month lease and fill them as they become available. Our locations are; 52830 Hwy-M26 in Lake Linden and 901 Portage Street, Houghton offering 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms units (3br. are in Lake Linden only) as well as barrier free units. We have units available at this time and it is beneficial to submit an application for consideration.
