Our apartments feature vertical blind window coverings, vinyl and carpet floor coverings, 9-foot ceilings, refrigerator, microwave, large closets and individually controlled heating and air conditioning unit. Your monthly rent includes all utilities (heat, electric, water and trash) plus, Spectrum TV Select cable with 125+ channels and high-speed internet @ 1000 MBPS. A separate 10 foot by 10 foot inside storage area is included and use of all common areas such as the gym with basketball hoop, kitchen, conference room and others.
