Alpena Pines is a joint mission between Wellspring Lutheran Services and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan. It is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). If you are 62 or older and meet specified income limits, rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross annual income.
