We're located with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and a theater but nestled on a quiet, residential street just a tad removed from the action. Highway I-35 exit is located just over a block away, very convenient for commuters. Enjoy spending time outside? Check out the walking trails and residential area park just steps away! Pets are welcome! A non-refundable pet fee of $500 is required. We welcome a maximum of one pet per unit. A security deposit of $1000 and an application fee of $50/adult are due with the completed application. The maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom. In addition, each unit is limited to two adults per household.
