We are a small "Mom and Pop" rental Company with over 44 years experience. We have a higher standard that we use to screen prospective tenants. As a result, we have less bad behavior and fewer police calls. Less drama makes a safer, happy place to live many of our tenants stay with us for years. We take pride in responding to all phone calls and voice mails promptly, even if we have no apartments available. We will not text or email, as we believe that talking is a better form of communication.
