Coyle Apartments

The Coyle is home to 26 individuals who experienced homelessness. Residents live independently, and Aeon provides Resident Connections services for added resident stability and to help residents create home. Twenty-six project-based Section 8 apartments, and The Coyle, is currently managing a waiting list for these homes. To apply for the Section 8 waiting list please pick up an application from our office. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at The Continental. Our address is 66 S 12th Street, Minneapolis MN.
