The Ely Housing and Redevelopment Authority manages: The Pioneer Apartments, Sibley Manor and Zenith Apartment Complexes, The Vermilion Homes: Ten 2-bedroom units, four 3-bedroom unit, and two 4-bedroom units, all of the units are based on 30% of your monthly income. We also manage The Northwoods Townhomes: Duplexes with an unattached garage at market rate rent for 55+ with maintenance, lawn care and snow removal included.
