Jackson Place is located in the heart of historical downtown Elk River across from the Mississippi River and the Rivers Edge Commons Park. Rivers Edge Commons Park has a street level plaza with splash fountain, grassy amphitheater and a scenic view of the river from the lower level gazebo. Jackson Place offers affordable family living in our one and two bedrooms homes surrounded by restaurants and shops. Each unit has full kitchens and washer/dryer. Also included with the rent is use of the underground heated parking garage and fitness room for all residents.
