The Lamoreaux offers affordable efficiency apartments, on-site laundry, and community rooms. All prospective residents must be referred by a social service provider to complete a qualified application through Simpson Housing Services. Residents will be connected to an on-site case manager. The on-site supportive services team is built upon Aeon's Resident Connections program model to provide resources and community involvement opportunities for residents. A front desk, staffed 24 hours a day, offers added support.
