Orchard Estates is a 40-unit senior housing apartment community that offers all the cozy comforts of home minus the worries of owning and caring for one. Tenants at Orchard Estates must be 55 years of age (or better), or be a live-in caregiver for someone who is 55 or older. To live at Orchard Estates, tenants must be able to take care of their own daily living needs or be able to obtain assistance with daily living. Orchard Estates is not a nursing home or assisted living provider. Orchard Estates is a comfortable home that offers independence, convenience, peace of mind, and a simpler lifestyle.
