Aeon partnered with Twin Cities Housing Development Corporation to renovate Paige Hall in 1989. The historic building was vacant and vulnerable to the encroaching commercial downtown Minneapolis. The renovation of Paige Hall helped preserve affordable housing and protect the residential character of the Elliot Park neighborhood. Paige Hall’s efficiency and one-bedroom apartment homes serve households earning 50% or less of the area median income. Its Downtown Minneapolis location is convenient for individuals working nearby service sector jobs.
