Aeon completed a $2.4 million renovation on this dilapidated, outdated apartment building in 2003. Aeon transformed a run-down property into safe, quality homes. The design incorporated well-lit common spaces and windows overlooking the street and parking lot. Office open Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm Closed daily from 12:30-2:30pm
