At the Steve O'Neil Apartments we are aiming to end the cycle of homelessness in the lives of the families we serve. We have 44 units of permanent supportive housing in Duluth, MN for individuals who are not able to afford market-rate housing. Through various community-building strategies, we aim to help people staying here heal from trauma, and begin to prosper in life.
