The Commons of Inver Grove is located directly across the street from Inver Hills Community College and offers a unique housing option for full or part-time college students and non-students. A select number of our 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments are leased by the bedroom. This option allows college students a private bedroom with your own lease (only you are on your lease). Students share the common area living room, kitchen and bathrooms all of which have been recently remodeled with granite counter tops, wood-look flooring and cherry cabinetry.
