The Gryff Apartments are beautiful, brand new one bedroom & studio apartments. Our apartments have lots of natural light, granite counters & lots of storage. We just opened Dec. 1st , 2019. We are located in a very fun and developing area of Rochester called Uptown. We are right on 2nd St SW, in a very safe, well established neighborhood.We are just 5 blocks west of Mayo Clinic's St. Mary's Hospital. We are also right on the bus line, with a bus stop. The Gryff is pet friendly. We have underground parking available for a fee. There is also on street permit parking available to our tenants through the city of Rochester. The Gryff has a spectacular view from our 4th floor rooftop deck and a fun hangout spot at our street level patio.
