About
The Heritage provides affordable efficiency homes in the Elliot Park neighborhood of Minneapolis. At the request of neighborhood organization EPNI, Aeon renovated this fire-gutted historic building. The Heritage is one of several, attached historic row-houses built in the 1880s. The Heritage row was the childhood home of 20th century oil magnate J. Paul Getty.
