We are located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis at 9th and Marquette and connected to the skyway. Our apartments are newly remodeled with new carpet/flooring, granite counter tops & vanity, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer combo and track lighting. Our Apartments on the 11th to 17th floors have either beautiful city views or balconies overlooking our landscaped terrace. Studios range from 610 s/f to 640 s/f with rent from $1,095 to $1,150. One bedrooms range from 750 s/f to 915 s/f with rents from $1,265 to $1,510 and two bedrooms at 1036 s/f for $1595. Residents are responsible for electricity, TV and internet. We are cat friendly! We have reserved parking for residents on the top two floors of our ramp for $110 per month.
