Crowhaven is an apartment complex located in Nixa, MO that provides affordable housing opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities aged 18 years and older. Entrance criteria requires applicants to be employed or actively seeking employment with available support services. Applicants must be eligible for services through the Department of Mental Health and be capable of self-care, including self-medication, with minimal assistance. Additionally, applicants must have a desire to become more independent while also participating in social activity with other Crowhaven tenants.
