Oakland Avenue and Phase II is a 55+ community located at 620 S. Oakland Avenue. We offer 1 & 2 bedrooms, each with a full kitchen, ceiling fans, hardwood-style flooring and full-sized washer and dryer. Our community amenities include a furnished community room with fitness center, business center and picnic pavilion.
