Just your average, run of the Mill St. Apartments! Located in scenic Buffalo Missouri. We offer cheaply remodeled apartments that are easy on your eyes as well as your wallets. All of our Apartments come equipped with a 30 year old air conditioning window unit that will surely give you problems. Problem with your electricity shutting off randomly? No worries!, That's just the state of the art fuses installed that only use half the juice as a normal fuse with 2 times the electricity usage! Leaky pipes? Handled! We let the pipes drip in your room of choice for 3 whole weeks before we take the time to find the issue and just leave your base boards removed and your bathtub full of soaked towels to rot while we never come finish.
