Originally a shoe manufacturing warehouse, these Saint Louis loft apartments have many stories to tell about the history of downtown St. Louis, and this important corner on Washington Avenue (Loft District). Our building houses 30 modern floorplans created by M2 Architecture Studio that utilizes approximately 36,000 square feet of residential space on the top three floors of the building. The architectural design highlights the three dominant building elements of brick, concrete and timber inside each unit. The luxury of granite counter tops and cherry cabinetry make this blend of old and new complete. In addition, the large windows offer a variety of scenic views.
