WestEdge is a brand new building of Micro-units. They are about 400 sq ft, furnished with a bed, dresser, sofa, coffee table, end table, smart tv and full size appliances. The utilities and wi-fi is included for the monthly rental rate of $675 per month. We do require a one year lease or the price is higher for a shorter term. The deposit is $675 and refundable less damages or cleaning fees. Each student pays a non-refundable $50 app fee and $295 administrative processing fee.
