The Fifty Flats, offered by Rylexa Properties, is located in Carson City just off of E.Williams also known as Hwy 50. It’s an easy access to the 580/395 North or South that allow easy traveling to and from just about anywhere in the northern Nevada region. There are many businesses in the vicinity that make it convenient for your immediate needs with out the hassle of driving across town. This community is made up of 48 studio apartments, each unit includse a 320 square foot living space with a private bathroom, small fridge and a microwave. Each unit has it’s own heat and air conditioning. All utilities are included and Wifi is provided for those that may need it. We offer month to month leases or get a discount for signing a year lease.
