we are a quaint apartment complex, only 10 units. there is one on-site parking spot per unit, locking mailboxes, and grounds are maintained by on-site manager, Twyla Gutierrez. we are also pest and rodent free, glory to God!!! no smoking inside of the units and no pets allowed. guests must park on street as to not take another unit's parking. the roof was just redone at the end of March, 2021 and an iron fence and some razor wire protect the property from the rear. there are iron screen-doors and bars on windows. great location! not far from Fremont Street Experience, Downtown, the Arts District or The Strip; has a convenience store next door, grocery store and Dollar Tree within a 1/4 mile, 99cent store within 1/2 mil
