OUR LEASING OFFICE IS LOCATED AT: 5353 S. JONES BLVD. The Highlands began in the spring of 1988 with our first development, Buffalo Highlands I. Back then, Charleston Boulevard was a two-lane county road and Buffalo Drive was a dirt road. Our calling card was “Country Living in the City”. Since then, each phase of the Buffalo, Rainbow or Spring Valley Highlands was fully leased before opening for business. Today, with over 1,600 units citywide, the Highlands are still the only single-story units with attached garages in Las Vegas.
