Each unit features freshly painted interiors, granite/Formica countertops, new appliances, and flooring options such as tile, laminate, or carpet. First-floor units have walk-out patios, and second- and third-floor units feature private decks. Our community amenities include an on-site laundromat near the leasing office (some buildings have in-building laundry) and a newly constructed pickleball court for resident enjoyment. A 12-month lease minimum required.
