Welcome to Pennsville Towers Pennsville Towers is a Section 8 Elderly and Disabled high-rise apartment community located in Pennsville, New Jersey. Residents enjoy beautifully landscaped grounds with a gazebo and community room equipped with a full kitchen, large screen TV, a shuffleboard table and much more. We are affiliated with several food banks and social services programs, including our on-site Better Tomorrow Social Service Coordinator.
