Located immediately south of the New Mexico Military Institute and one block west of Main Street on Roswell’s “North Hill”, Hilltop House and Offices offer the most convenient living and working locations in the city. Hilltop Properties Apartments, the vision of Hub and Audrey Corn, were built in 1962. Architect was Hugh Rowland and builders were Compton and Riley. The apartments were built at a time when design and construction represented the pride of those involved, from the property’s owners to the contractors. It is now under the careful care of the Nesselrodt Family, who are determined to pass on the legacy and same standard of quality.
