CS Jefferson is home to 21 micro lofts, flexible work space, and ground floor retail. The goal of commonspace is to create a neighborhood in a building. CS Residents have access to shared spaces on both floors for a balance of private living space, common areas, and shared services. With all living spaces located along the perimeter, each tenant is guaranteed a window and an abundance of natural light. Common spaces are appointed with many comfortable seating areas to accommodate spontaneous discussions and casual gatherings.
