It features master bedrooms with a walk-in closet, custom kitchens with granite counters, hand-tiled showers, original hardwood in most units, and in-suite front-load laundries. The building offers composting and rent includes membership in the Bird-Herkimer Block Club. Off-street parking is offered as-available and heat is included with the rent.
