We are a residential apartment complex within walking distance from Main Street in New City, New York. The complex consists of 5 apartment buildings with spacious one-bedrooms for rent. We are slowly turning the surrounding landscape into a botanical garden full of perennial springtime & summer flowering bulbs, flowering trees and fruit trees (tenants are free to pick the fruit and are encouraged to plant vegetation). We take a community oriented approach here - and cultivate a large community garden that everyone is free to enjoy. There are BBQ grills near the garden which all tenants are free to use during spring, summer and early fall. The community is a quiet but friendly place to live.
