Eastman Gardens is a community for those 55 and older. Located on a main corridor to downtown Rochester, New York, the community offers 52 studio, one- and two- bedroom apartments with unique floor plans and many modern amenities. The monthly rent includes utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide high-quality apartments to those who qualify. Eastman Gardens is equipped with the modern conveniences of easily accessible amenities, including a central elevator. Regardless of apartment location, all residents have easy access to mailboxes, laundry facilities and community spaces.
