Welcome to the most derelict unmaintained worst hellhole co-op you could possibly choose to live in on Long Island! They charge you the price of two mortgages for a two bedroom apartment and half the time the power and/or the Internet go out at random times for random intervals of time, and you never know when they'll come back. don't forget to notice that every time you walk by one of your neighbors they will give you a shady look and there are probably 10 to 15 people smoking crack in their cars in the parking lot at any given time. Oh and the entrance gate that's supposed to keep people out who don't live there is pretty much constantly broken because people drive their cars through it anyway.
