The historic Hannawa Falls Schoolhouse was built in 1868 and after 100 years in that capacity was converted in the mid-1970s to The Hannawa Schoolhouse Apartments. Located adjacent to Hannawa Park, and within a short walk to stores, post office, and Postwood Park, the building contains four spacious units, which are typically occupied by college faculty and medical professionals. Every attempt has been made to preserve the schoolhouse's historic character, while providing its residents with quiet comfort. Rent includes heat, water, parking, snow removal and, new in August 2017, a free laundry facility for tenants. Refrigerator and stove are included. Apartments are rented otherwise unfurnished. Sorry, no pets or smoking are permitted.
