Juniper Manor I is located in the quaint village of Trumansburg and just North-West of Ithaca, NY. It was built in 1982 and is funded by a federal government low-interest loan (HUD). We offer (36) one bedroom apartments (some are accessible) and 4 two-bedroom apartments. Our apartments are available to senior citizens 62 years of age or older or anyone that is disabled and at least 18 years of age or older. Our apartments are equipped with electric heating, wall-to-wall carpeting and are furnished with a stove and refrigerator. Our safety features include; secure entry, emergency call systems in each unit, and a front door intercom system to identify guests as an extra safety precaution.
