Kirstein Lofts

The Kirstein Building is located on 25 Bittner Street, Rochester, New York and is a six-story, brick, mill-type constructed building over a full unfinished basement. The building was constructed in 1906 with a partial major renovation in 1984. There is approximately 56,000 sq. ft. of gross built area above grade and 9,300 sq. ft. of basement area. Above the commercial space there are 24 residential loft-type apartments. The building contains two modern elevators. The heating, cooling, and electric systems were upgraded as part of the 1984 renovation.
