We offer 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with 24 hour maintenance, an onsite office, snow removal, trash & recycling services, coin operated laundry, and off-street parking. There is a playground, picnic area, and tennis courts. Nice, quiet location, near bus routes and close proximity to SUNY Cortland, as well as shopping centers. About 30 minutes from Ithaca and 45 minutes from Syracuse. No pets allowed.
